Data deletion

Delete your Protractor & Angle Finder data

Protractor & Angle Finder has no accounts. Almost everything it keeps is stored only on your phone, and you can delete it yourself at any time.

Data on your phone

• One measurement: open History, tap the measurement and tap Delete.
• Calibration: go to Settings > Sensor calibration and tap it to remove it.
• Everything: uninstall the app, or go to Settings > Apps > Protractor > Storage > Clear data. This deletes your History, calibration and settings.

Photos you saved to your gallery are regular files in Pictures/Protractor; delete them there.

Data held by the services we use

Usage statistics and crash reports (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) are linked to a random app instance identifier, not to your name or email. To ask us to delete them, email [email protected] with the subject "Protractor data deletion". We will delete the data we can associate with your request within 30 days and confirm by email.

Without a request, analytics data is deleted automatically after at most 14 months and crash reports after at most 90 days.
